Charpentier Orgeron was very involved in genelogy. Before she
passed away in 1999, she managed to digitialy capture all of her
geneological research into Family Tree Maker. Since then, the
dataset of more than 85,000 names/persons (mostly in the South Lafourche
Parish, Louisiana area) have been migrated to newer versions of Family
Tree Maker and updates of births, deaths, and marriages of immediate
family members.
I have was able to 'export' a web-based view of all of my (JoeO's)
ancestors and out two(2) generations of all siblings and their children.

Family Tree Maker was originally a Broderbund Software product, but is now part of Ancestory.com
Support policies
We take pride in offering great customer support for our templates. We make them and know best how to fix problems that may arise. There are, however, some limitations as to what we can do:
- We will support all template issues for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- We may not offer free support for templates which have been significantly altered.
Refund policy
Our web templates are classified as software and, as such, are usually not refundable outside of our warranty as described in our License Agreement.
If you have installation problems with any product, please contact us as soon as possible. We can help resolve the issue, repackage the template, or take other measures to get you up to speed as quickly as possible.
